Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you submit a wholesale approval request, the business or individual details you provide on that form (business name, business type, tax ID, and estimated order volume). When you place an order, we collect your shipping address and process payment through our payment provider, we do not store your card details ourselves. We also keep a record of your cart, wishlist, and order history so they persist across sessions and devices.

How we use your information

We use your information to operate your account, review and process wholesale approval requests, fulfill orders, and send you transactional emails about your account status and order updates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Information sharing

We share the minimum information each of the following providers needs to do its job, and nothing beyond that:

• Firebase (Google) - account authentication, and storage of your account, order, cart, wishlist, and review records.
• Stripe and Airwallex - payment processing for your order total; we do not store your card details ourselves.
• Resend - delivery of transactional emails about your account and order status.
• Cloudflare - hosting of the store and storage of product images.

We also share shipping details with carriers to fulfill orders. We do not share your information with any other third party except where required by law.

Cookies and similar technology

We only use strictly-functional storage: a Firebase authentication session (including a silent anonymous session for guests, so your cart and wishlist persist across visits) and no advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies. If that changes, this section will be updated and a consent option will be added before any non-essential tracking starts.

Data retention and access

We retain account and order records for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting us through the Contact page.
