Processing time
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days; items on backorder ship once restocked, and we'll email you if that affects your order.
Shipping rates
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on flat-rate rules for your order. Orders over the free-shipping threshold, when one is active, ship free automatically - no code needed.
Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery windows are shown on each product page and again at checkout before you pay. Actual transit time can vary with carrier and destination.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, unless a different policy is noted on the product page. Items must be returned in the condition they were received, with original packaging where possible.
How to start a return
Sign in and visit your account dashboard for order details, or contact support with your order number. We'll confirm eligibility and next steps by email.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund timing after that depends on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
