These Terms of Service govern your use of the PURSUE LUX storefront. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
New accounts start in an unapproved state. You can browse the catalog, add items to your cart, and manage a wishlist right away, but checkout requires an approved account. We review approval requests and notify you by email once a decision is made.
Pricing
Public retail pricing is shown to all shoppers. Approved wholesale accounts may see tiered pricing based on the pricing group assigned to their account. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Orders and payment
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed through one of our supported payment gateways. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable stock. If an order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a refund.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund unless stated otherwise on the product page. Items must be returned in the condition they were received.
Account suspension
We may suspend an approved account at any time, for example for suspected policy violations or fraudulent activity. A suspended account loses checkout access and re-enters the approval review process; we will notify you by email if this happens.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the store after a change means you accept the updated terms.
